A 5-layer competitor tracking system. Layer 1 identifies direct, indirect, and potential competitors via a 2x2 matrix (including the "customer does nothing" and "customer builds in-house" alternatives). Layer 2 monitors 8 data dimensions with specific cadences: product moves, pricing changes, fundraising, hiring signals, partnerships, customer wins, customer losses, and messaging shifts — reading both the Facebook Ad Library and the Google Ad Library. Layer 3 runs a SWOT analysis for each competitor. The final two layers turn everything into immediately usable outputs: sales battlecards, win/loss analysis, and a 2x2 positioning map.
